Woo Hoo! That's one window down! In experimenting on the Mac, I found:
option Left Arrow Previous card
option Right Arrow Next card
option Up Arrow back through the history
option Down Arrow forward through the history
option-command Left Arrow First card
option-command Right Arrow Last card
option-command Up Arrow first card in history
option-command Down Arrow last card in history
Just for completeness:
option-command s edits the script of the current stack
option-command c edits the script of the current card
Does anyone know an easier way to edit a group than opening the
backgrounds dialog, selecting it in a list, and clicking Edit?
Does anyone know of any other interesting keyboard equivalents?
