Hello,

Two problems, related I think to my imperfect understanding
of how a standalone connects or is connected to the files it depends
on (.wav, .jpg, .txt, .etc).

>From an mc ask-file prompt, the user does a save to a file elsewhere
than the standalone's folder. My unforeseen result: the standalone can
no longer open (find?) its own files even tho they're in the same folder
as the standalone's.

Likewise unforeseen, the standalone's files become unopenable if they're
stored in sub-folders within instead of alongside the standalone's
folder.

If, as I imagine, the solution is to script an explicit directory path,
any suggestions about how to do this when the directory letter (C:/,
D:/, etc:/)for the HD, FDD, etc., is unknowable beforehand?

Thank you.
