Actually, that installer is a pre-installer--it calls up Apple to do the
downloading of the actual Quicktime application. Good for me, not so
good for my students, who may or may not be connected to the internet.
As I rummage thru all my old CD-ROMs (I know I have an integral QT3
installer somewhere!), anyone know a site which has an all-in-one QT
installer (version 3 or plus)?
