With ZipIt it is vital that you make sure it doesn't include Macs 
resources etc. when zipping.  At the end of each line in a zip 
archive you'll see two small symbols - a circle and a box.  One tells 
you whether Mac resources are included and the other whether text 
file end-of-line chars are Mac or PC.  BOTH symbols should be hollow, 
if either are solid black, then that is your problem.  Check the 
ZipIt preferences and make sure they're set such that Mac-specific 
info is not included.

If you make sure the above is OK, then ZipIT produces good zip 
archives that can be opened by PC users.
