In response to my query about getting icons to show on stacks that were
being opened by a standalone, Monte Goulding <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
replied as follows:

I think this is what I had done, but, given your reassurance that I was on
the right track, I tried again, and now it it working! I put buttons with
all of the icons I need onto a card in the stack that becomes the
standalone, and used Resource Mover to move the icons to my stack (creating
a substack).
Now this standalone puts the needed icons onto the buttons of the other
stacks when it opens them. Great!
