If you're asking how to adapt the File Selector stack for your own needs, clone the original stack in the MC IDE, and save the clone as a substack of your main stack, or save the clone as a main stack. The relevant scripts are stored in the card script of the stack -- you may want to update these so the stack doesn't rely on dialogData for input. The 'preOpenCard' handler has the initialization code, 'refresh' updates the controls.
