Right now it's mostly scripting/Tcl, but I hope to improve this over time.
Pointers to other documentation will, as before, be added to the relevant pages which already exist. Have been sprinkling a few links here and there in the past weeks. Please let me know of any missing links as well as links not present where you'd expect them.
