Grr. With a binary metakit and a binary Python it works fine. That's
disappointing. I *have* to have Python compiled by VC++7.1, so until
2.4 is out I have to use a binary I compiled myself. Oh well, I'll
figure it out.

Sorry to bug the list with what apparently has nothing to do with metakit :)
