I'd like to drop metalink:language, metalink:description,
metalink:publisher, etc. in favor of using dublin core tags inside
metalink:file. We shouldn't try to define our own metadata system;
no matter how hard we try, it will remain incomplete compared to existing
standards like dublin core.
