Hi Anthony,

Thank you for the encouraging response. I am going to write a proposal for
this project. So shall I apply both at GNU and Metalink for this project? I
will be thankful to you if you can please guide me how
to familiarize myself with the problem domain. I can start reading the
documentation and planning the roadmap for the better design of the problem.
