I have had a crashing on startup problem with 4.0.1 which appears to be
related to the Toolbar.mcc. It would always crash while trying to load the
Toolbar images.
I used 4.0pre2 to change the MUI Toolbar setting from images and text to
text only. I then reloaded 4.0.1 which has loaded perfectly ever since.
I have also had a couple of stack allocation errors but increasing the stack
to 10000 seems to have taken care of that.
One more little niggle is that the open file requestor opens on the
workbench screen instead of the screen MetalWeb is running on.
