The whole website is served out of github repos, so you just need to PR to those. The majority of the static part of the website is located at https://github.com/metamath/metamath-website-seed/ ; you probably want to modify https://github.com/metamath/metamath-website-seed/blob/main/index.html or https://github.com/metamath/metamath-website-seed/blob/main/other.html (corresponding to https://us.metamath.org/index.html and https://us.metamath.org/other.html respectively) depending on how much we want to push users to use it.
