I'm going to be hated by many when I say this, but over here in the UK, you can buy it from any bookshop, as I did about a month ago. www.amazon.co.uk gives a 4-6 weeks delivery time, but there's at least one copy I know of on sale right now in a bookshop here in Edinburgh! And its as wonderful as everyone says it is. The pictures, especially of thin sections, are to die for...
