I am amazed that some people dare collecting this material! Army people say its radioactivity "should" have come now to acceptable level, but first who is able to trust 100% such quote (from people who experimented injection of plutonium into humans without telling them) and second even if on average this material may be relatively safe, one cannot exclude that a given sample is by chance loaded with a speck of plutonium...
