Hi All
Our local Tucson detecting club (Detectors
Unlimited)was honored with a presentation by the famous world traveler,
meteorite hunter, gatherer, dealer Mr. Michael Farmer . Mike along with his
assistent Mr.Devin Schrader put on a presentation on the basics of meteorites
, how to identify and areas to hunt (everywhere) . He brought in a large
variety of specimens for us to look at and answered a bazzillion questions
!!!! Mike also has a large display of HIS donated material at the mineral
museum in the Flandrau Planetarium on campus at the U of A !!! What a Guy
!!!!! Thanks A Bunch Mike and Devin !!!!!
Detectors Unlimited is a club for metal
detectorists that meets every 4th tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm at the DAV
