After some fits and starts and help from other dealers and collectors, the great news is that the name is now approved (but still pending publication) as Tchifaddine.
Notice that this approved name is not a DCA (dense collection area) number but an actual location name. So forget Tassedet 004 (provisional name) and start using Tchifaddine, an H-melt breccia!
