I saw that too Paul. I think I saw it once before a while back, being offered. I have never seen this shaping before either. Very unusual, but I would guess it must be terrestrial weathering influenced by some sort of internal structure...e.g. perhaps melt. I took the phrase "modern burnishing" to be that it had been cleaned in some way to remove caliche....but a vague description.
