Clovis people: Narrow window of tool-making

 inhabitants were made only during a 300-year period

Clovis range is ~13,050 to 12,750 cal yr B.P.
according to Figure 2 of below paper. Thus, this
interpretation has Clovis culture unaffected by
whatever happened at the Younger Dryas Boundary.
