To set things straight once and for all......
1. Bob, I first called you at 5:53pm CST to inquire about the refund, yet you claimed that you would have to wait a few hours to send the refund via Paypal since you did not have internet access at the time, thus proving yet another blatant lie from you; your defensive and unprofessional response to my email (to the list) came through at 6:08pm CST, a time-lapse of only 15 minutes. No internet access for a few hours???
2. Also, regarding the original transaction; as I had told you over the phone, I was unable to make the payment (in excess of $1000) due to the fact that I had not received a large payment that I had been expecting to receive from a sale that I had made. The buyer that I had made the deal with finally backed out after two nearly two months of negotiations, so please don't act like it hasn't happened to anyone other that you before, because If it didn't we wouldn't be in the situation and both of us would be happy. I told you that I was sorry for not being able to come through on the deal, but unlike others, I have more important financial priorities over collecting meteorites.
3. I understand that you had to take the extra time to relist your auctions. However, per Ebay policy, odds are you didn't loose any money as a result of this since no additional fees are charged to one's account if the unsold items sell the second time around.
4. "Shame on you little boy" Wow, very mature of you, Bob. At least I don't act like one.
I am sorry that I had to go public with this, but I believe that it has importance so that others can avoid any similar experiences in the future. Thank you for your time.
Ryan

Ok,
Here goes........... The money order to Stefan was mailed out sometime in
October last year. Why wait 9 months to bring it up here on the list?
There were some inquiries that I responded to approx. 4 months after the
payment was sent. Unfortunately Martin and Stefan dont want to forward my
email responses.
I should add that Stefan is a complete gentleman, and I never accused him of
being fraudulent.
Martin, If you have any proof of me accusing him of being fraudulent .....
please share it with the list !
Of course you cant , BECAUSE I NEVER DID !
By the way Martin......... If I never responded to your inquiries , how did you know I accused him of being fraudulent? Can you read my mind ?????
As for Ryan........ He requested that I cancel approx. 8 to 10 meteorite ebay auctions ( which I did ) so that he may buy the whole lot. Then he waits one week and tells me that he wants his $125.00 deposit back. This obviously put me in a jam, anyone knows that I sell material to acquire new meteorites. So , I get pissed off and take my time refunding the money. Go ahead and shoot me!! Some Dealers would have told him to go to hell for wasting their time and would never have dealt with him again.
So beware of Ryan he likes to have you cancel auctions, pay a deposit and then later back out and ask for a refund. Shame on you little boy
As for the other people Ive dealt with in my short time collecting, I want to say I appreciate all of the sales, trades, discussions etc. To name a few Mike Farmer, Dave Shultz, Steve Arnold Chgo., Michael Blood, Eric Olsen, Rob Wesel, Jim Schwade, Bob Cucciara, Bob Haag
Ask them If I ever stiffed them on money.
And please have a look at my ebay feedback user ID : maccers531 Sorry, no evidence of fraud there either.
Thanks Bob Evans

$125 refund from Bob over a month ago and I still have not received my money
back, nor have I recieved a response from him after several email and phone
call attempts. Well, I checked his Ebay history a few days ago and noticed
that he had placed a $1500 bid on a meteorite not too long ago, yet he
cannot afford to return my hard-earned money back to me? Never again! I warn
everyone else not to do any business with Bob Evans. His unprofessionalism
is a joke.
