During a recent visit to a famous sporting goods store in Sidney, Nebraska, I spoke with a technician that noted of a very recent fall of a meteorite at Chappell, Nebraska. The meteorite, tough to be of basket ball size was in the local papers, and was inspected and proclaimed to be a genuine meteorite. I could get no further information, a fall of maybe in June of this year.
Any one have further information on this one, or is it a secret??????????
