Same with South Carolina. We don't have many meteorites, but some of the world's best shark teeth come from the lower parts of the state. I have some (bought from divers who find them on river bottoms, not found myself) too big to close your hand around (over 5 inches on the diagonal)-- and all of my many sharks teeth put together cost less than he wants for those three pocket-change-purchace pieces. At least the "meteorite" kind of LOOKS something like a meteorite fusion crust-- so to me, the shark teeth auction is even more of a joke than the Mars meteorite one. Here's more realistic prices (many of which are from SC, I'm not sure what state you are in) http://www.megalodonteeth.com/shop/megalodon.php ______________________________________________ Meteorite-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://six.pairlist.net/mailman/listinfo/meteorite-list
