Dear list, I want to thank all of you that responded to my earlier post. It seems like my find is some type of slag. I have no idea how a piece of slag ended up where I found it, but it did. I thought it "too good to be true". Maybe those of you who have the images can submitt them to a site and list them as meteor wrongs.
