Dear Dave; In my opinion, the fleabay and IMCA connection didn't seem to couple together as effectively as some of us had hoped. In the ideal world, it would have been a good answer but in the world of lawyers and lawsuits.........well, a seal representing not much from an auction house who cares not all results in, well, not much.
