Look at this one

especially on first photo where is cut surface on meteorite before cut to slices. It was unpolished so its orange identical like Your specimen when You make Your photo more bright. Only difference is that dark fragments in Your friend's stone.
I think You have very nice LL6 chondrite.
But please, remove this saw marks :)
