Hello Mark, All,
Those squiggly lines are what Nininger coined "lawrencite," a
corrosive "disease" that occurs primarily in the presence of
terrestrial salts.  While the term is fairly well-recognized, it
generally applies to meteorites which experience accelerated oxidation
even years after having been found, having spent long periods of time
in unfavorable climates.
The slice does indeed look like Toluca, and it might be a fine
specimen if refinished, but good luck with preserving it - maybe Bill
Mason might have a word on this.
That said, there are no troilite inclusions visible in the slice.
