What are some other ideas for the notations on the bottom label? 'Ct' could be an old abbreviation for county, which would point to Homestead, though it is typically 'Co.' It would seem odd to abbreviate a short word like city. Perhaps the '61' and 1861 are a coincidence and the 61 is simply the number assigned to that slide.
