Greg/Carl: I have a small NWA 5000 and it sticks to a strong magnet; in fact, I have very few meteorites that do not stick to my magnet: a howardite, Tatahouine (Diogenite) and an Eucrite. I have been surprized at how many achondrites do have metal in them and do stick to my magnet. Perhaps that explains why I have boxes and boxes of little black rocks in my garage.

So, You may only have a lousy Eucrite.
