Shame on Ebay for not preventing this from ever happening. Ebay makes the rules 
and knowing how scummy lawyers are they should have seen this coming and taken 
steps to prevent such litigation from ever happening. Perhaps by closing an 
account of anyone who does not want to play by the rules. They should at least 
bail this guy out here and pay his legal fees until they can boot this scum
