Hi All, Based on observations from Chile on November 6th of the occultation of an unnamed star by the dwarf planet Eris, it appears that the crown for the 9th largest body in our Solar System may have to be returned to Pluto. Data is still being reduced and numbers crunched, but it appears that the error bars to the positive side on Eris' size would still make it smaller than the smallest estimate of Pluto's size.
