Dear Count,
Thanks for the information on the situation in Japan. I'm under the
weather today and at home under the covers with a rotten cold that I can
barely see straight or type and the light hurts my eyes.
I've always thought of you as an intelligent man and still do, but when
you mentioned in your post " I was shocked at Sheppard Smith's opener
yesterday on Fox." I thought why is he watching that station. I still
believe you're intelligent, but it took me a minute to figure out, who the
heck Sheppard Smith was, and then it clicked he was on that station with
the angry people that are always yelling, since I watch CNBC or Bloomberg
News or CNN or PBS or MSNBC my local stations.
There is such mindless drivel on Faux noise. I'm sure you just caught the
story while flipping channels to get the latest. I've had friends and a
relative that worked for Faux and I know that each morning they are given
"Talk Points" and told to try to stay on point to try and grind down the
viewers into believing every bit of yellow journalism they can spew out.
It's their mission to make every viewer and especially every white person
hate Obama and want him impeached, just like they did with Clinton and to
push their right-wing republican viewpoint on their viewers. There's a
reason that most intelligent people call it the "Unfair and Unbalanced
network" and also call it "Faux Noise Channel" and "FUX noise" it's a
worthless cesspool of right-wing conservative propaganda written to rot
the minds of those that are transfixed by the smell of imbeciles like bill
O'Really, sean hannity and glen becKKK. There's a reason they call
themselves "The Tea Party," because it sounds nicer than RACIST,
HOMOPHOBIC, LOW WAGE REPUBLICANS!
I understand you were making a comment towards that Sheppard character,
and the crap he was spewing out to scare the viewers into running towards
their bunkers that glen becKKK has told them to build. Here's hoping you
find a station that has real News, not one that they give talking points
on every morning and are asked to follow and preach the gospel of
ignorance.
Don't everyone get your feathers ruffled just because I don't like that
station or their beliefs. It's a free country and I'm entitled to my free
speech. I'm just making a point and thanking the Count for his update.
Thanks again for the update and I always appreciate and look forward to
your posts. Now I'll have to watch a little TV and hope for happier news..
