HI there, I am looking for suitable RNA Polymerase (RNA Pol.) of product ssDNA (cDNA) from ssDNA
* ssDNA => ssDNA/RNA => mRNA => mRNA/cDNA => single stranded cDNA The RNA pol. that I require need to be site specific without need to have a promotor region as well as dna dependent rna polymerase Can someone help!!
