Hi Developers!
I looked at the road conditions that are used in the subroutine RODCON in
lib_therm.f. Dew is numbered 5 while ice/snow is 3 and mix water/snow is 4.
During each output period, the highest road condition is chosen. Why is dew so
high? Shouldn't ice/snow be more serious and chosen before dew?
