Hi everyone! My name is Atai Konushaliev, I'm a founder of OctoberTech.org - a startup that harnesses the power of technology to make people's lives around the world much better either via in-house projects or via outside partners and collaborators.
Now I'm working on a social tech project called "Ebola News" (ebolanews.in) which is a Hacker News clone / crowdsourcing news and info platform that can help people worldwide to be informed, discuss and collaboratively find a solution to Ebola Virus disease outbreak (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ebola_virus_disease). The platform is based on Drum Mezzanine (https://github.com/stephenmcd/drum/) and almost ready - just need to be deployed to a popular scalable cloud hosting provider and filled with some project and content info.
