Assuming you're actually dealing with a mezzanine site (and not a different product with the same name) there is no way to access the console or install things from the admin -- you need access to the server. To some this is an inconvenience and to others (myself included) an essential security property.
I don't think there's anything we're going to be able to do to help you unless you have ssh access to the server.
