Please show what you've come up with, what you expect and what doesn't work. "Personalized concept" is a broad concept, that relies on what is considered a "person" and how filtering / injection is handled.
Also note that while logged into the admin, you will always see things that normal users won't be able to see, so always test in private browser windows.
