Support Analyst 6 months H1 Visa is fine Denver CO Support analysts work with our gas marketing staff and IT infrastructure support to troubleshoot and isolate issues within the Gas Marketing family of software applications. This individual will work with developers, quality assurance and other support analysts to provide a crucial link to our success in customer support.
Challenges of the position include: Work with business representatives and project personnel to identify and isolate issues in a number of different marketing applications and software interfaces. Documentation of issues, reproduction of issues, initial troubleshooting and issue resolution. Communication of qualified issues to the software vendors and the Business Analysis group for resolution. Establish and maintain credibility and reliability with support business clients.
