Short Description:
Specialist Test Analyst for analysis on test scripts, test cases and
documentation for the After Call Survey Project.
Complete Description:
This person is accountable for all Qfiniti 2009 After Call Survey
deployments. While staging testing will occur during the day, production
readiness and deployments will take place after 11:00 p.m. and weekends. The
contractor will perform duties as defined within ESDm roles and
responsibilities to produce deliverables as defined and agreed upon. This
person will work directly with the Test Lead, Technical Development Lead and
Project Managers with a dotted line to the resource manager who will monitor
the contractor's progress.
With full competency, carries out procedures to ensure that all information
systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user
requirements. Performs and leads tests of software to ensure proper
operation and freedom of defects. May create test data for applications.
Documents and works to resolve complex problems. Reports progress on problem
resolution to management. Devises improvements to current testing
procedures. Executes test configuration management activities for complex
work efforts. Acts as an information resource about assigned technical areas
to less experienced staff.
