Project Coordinator Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months Rate range: $40 Location: Minneapolis Skills: Microsoft Project Server 2007 experience is required Assist with creation and maintenance of Microsoft Project Server project plan; identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones tasks; collect and report on progress to plan against individual project tasks as well as against the overall project. Assit with monitoring of the project from initiation through delivery and closure. Interface with customers to manage expectations. Assist with assigning and monitoring work of project team members, providing support and direction. Participate in issue and risk management identification and resolution. Assure compliance with company project management policies and standards. Schedule project meetings, create meeting agendas, capture and distribute meeting minutes. Attend project meetings and capture decisions, issues, and action items. Manage project documentation within the project notebook including status reporting, meeting minutes, risks, issues, action items, and other communications. Manage the P&L of the project. Assist with project status reporting and project Earned Value reporting. Consult with management on an ongoing basis to maintain strategic link to business needs.
