I just created a box this morning, it has a cut out in the top for a flat cover. I pick the cutout and wall offset left .005" and I have a cover plate. acad won't offset multiple entities, you need to turn it into a poly line (unless I'm missin something) what a pain. somebody need to pick up smartcam and add solids creation to the drawing portion, intigrate rhino to the 3d surfacing and let us get back to the front of the bus.
