Is the OS Windows 95/95?

If so, try using the "Custom Install" and define your paths, something
like:

"Destination Path� = C:\SM11
"Configuration File Path" = C:\SM11\Config
"Choose License Key Directory" = C:\SM11\Config\Keydir
"Installation Options" - Choose the default or deselect what you don't want
to install.  Accept the default for the "Temp" file directory.

There was a known issue with some PC's running Windows 95/98.  Hope this
