SmartCAM v8.x milling couldn't create .jsf files. For the purpose of
importing files with the old CAM connections (DOS based) the file
Default.jsf was installed with the system. Identify this file when
importing. I don't remember the file's location in v8.x but I've attached a
copy in case you need it.

Subject: [mfg-smartcam] SmartCam V8.2

Hello out there.

I am just employed to a new company and I found that they have SmartCam
V8.2, but they have never used it.

I have installed it and I want to transfer drawings from AutoCad to
SmartCAM. On the CD there was an application, CAMDXF.EXE V 7.1 but it ask
for a *.jsf file, but I can't find anything in the manuals how to create a
.jsf-file. I think CAMDXF is for an earlier version.

Can someone give me a hint how to solve my problem?

Thanks

Best regards / Jan-ke Nilsson
