I use a macro to code the file twice. The first time the template file is
set-up to just code the workplane offsets. The second time will insert the
work offsets, and code all of the tool path. I'm attaching the macro, and
the 2 template files. This will be for a Mori-Seiki SH-500
Horizontal machine tool with 16mb Fanuc control.

The actual output line looks something like this.

G10L20P#WKPLN(#INDXB DEGS.)X#XSET Y#YSET Z#ZSET
