Ahh, I'll have to carry them home on a floppy then. I don't have net access at work, unfortunately. I shall do that tomorrow, however, we use a special bead type profile on one of the inside passes. I don't have a drawing of the tool head, and have no way to make one, as I am experiencing difficulty with my superiors in getting the drawing from Saber Diamond Tooling. I've tried to make one using the tool head and a digital caliper, but no luck... Any ways, I digress, we use a special bead profile on one of the 4 inside passes, then comes 2 passes with a 1/4" compression spiral to clean up the edge I'm going to use the 45 deg. bit on the square inside corner pass...If this information helps, that's cool, however, I'll see what I can do about attaching a PM4/JOF to the message tomorrow.
