Pete,
We use 5 degrees (not .5) in place of the default 180 degrees for corner roll
angle. The offsets match our original geometry perfectly, without the corner
roll. I was told once that on 90 degree corners, anything less than 90 would
work for a corner roll angle, but we just settled in on 5 and its worked fine.
