Pete- Here is an excerpt from technote 98, titled Guidelines for Rotary Axis Work: Rules for Wrapped geometry are: - Geometry to be wrapped must belong to the XY Plane. - Geometry must be wrapped about the X or Y axis. Not an axis parallel to X or Y. - The Level for the Seam Axis Start and End Points, the level of the part, should be the same as the Radius input. SmartCAM will Wrap the part if they are not the same, but you won't like the way it looks after it is cut. Basically, the axis for the wrapping must pass through the origin in order to get the right results.  In your case, you will have to get the part located in that position in order to code it out from SmartCAM.
