In order to access step information from the planner in a
macro, you need to first open the context of the step first.

The following example is for extracting the cut_feed from
step number 10:

JOS_CONTEXT_OPEN[BASEITEM=1, USERNAME="10"]
#FEED=jos(cut_feed)
JOS_CONTEXT_CLOSE[]
