You both have good examples of working around the problem. I'm sure
that most users have their own ways of getting files into Smartcam. I
myself have Autocad on my workstation and use it to save the drawings as
R12. I did state that this is an obstacle, in other words an inconvenience.
What I'm looking for is a way to streamline the process (I deal with a LOT
of drawings). A translator seems to be the cleanest, most direct way of
doing this.
