We have a customer that has the following "fatal error" ( see
attached .jpg) when starting his SmartCAM A3D.
He was running fine on NT, then one day this show's up. He
said nothing else was installed on that computer. We had him reinstall over the
same location and the same thing, then we tried another drive and another
directory name (sm11 not sm9), same results. He did install on another computer
and it runs.
Any help would appreciated 10010:the step list format file has a fatal error in it cannot
continue
