Try UnZipping and putting the attached "FreeForm.PIF" file in your C:\SM9\SYSTEM
folder (or wherever your system folder is located). Then edit the file type used
to "OPEN" the PM4 files to use this PIF file to open it. This PIF file causes
the FreeForm program to open in the SYSTEM folder.

Drawbacks include: a PIF file doesn't support long filenames. Any file opened
this way and then saved, will have the 8 character filename from then on. It is
great for viewing files, but not for actually performing work and saving the
work.

All other methods of double-clicking on the PM4 file to open it will not open
the application in your SYSTEM folder, and you will get the message that you are
experiencing.
