Bill;

Check SMF question 303. Should probably be set to <1> Output code from world
XY plane coordinate system, and/or make sure your geometry is created on the
XY plane and your tool plane matches the work plane.

Sincerely,
Chuck Glawe

Subject: [mfg-smartcam] Wrapping in the UK

Hi Steve / Lee / everyone else,

Lee, I pretty much did as you say, Z0 as centre of rotation, Z6 as cutting
level, Z6.1 profile top, Z8.0 clearance, but Z0 comes out as the cutting
level in the code? Is it something in the code-generator do you think?

Steve, I've been working for myself for 6 and a half years, using SmartCAM
for about 11 years. I sell (did sell?) SmartCAM, write macros and
code-generators and do sub-contract programming. I'm either so busy I work
all hours or I have nothing to do. Sure beats having a jerk for a boss
though!

Regards,

Bill in the UK.
